Donald Trump has blamed the Charlie Hebdo terrorist attack in Paris on France’s lack of guns, saying on Twitter, “If the people so violently shot down in Paris had guns, at least they would have had a fighting chance.” Trump continued to tweet about the massacre saying, “Isn’t it interesting that the tragedy in Paris took place in one of the toughest gun control countries in the world?” Finally, Trump said, “Remember, when guns are outlawed, only outlaws will have guns!” We take a look at Trump’s comments and discuss some problems with the mainstream media’s coverage of the tragedy in Paris, in this Lip News clip with Mark Sovel and Elliot Hill.
