Lol at Cenk being a total cornball at the beginning if that interview. Really brought it home at the end though. It was impressive how cool headed he stayed in the face of such obtuse questioning and framing. That interviewer was really starting to annoy me, expecially the way in which she fixated on the term “hostile” when referring to JD and the hostile takeover of the Dems. I love how Cenk broke it down perfectly and at the end of it all she was still like, “but it’s still a ‘hostile’ takeover.” As if to say “I’m triggered by language that is even aggressive adjacent and my Sylvia Plath boom group gets all hot and bothered.”
She was a total maroon and Cenk did a great job of cutting through the bullshit.
