Sewing needles are being found in candy bars that kids received during trick-or-treating. The incident occurred in the Philadelphia area, and seems to be isolated there, however it is cause a nationwide panic. Cenk Uygur and Hannah Cranston (Think Tank) hosts of The Young Turks discuss.
