  1. Great work Jordan! I love TYT having an investigative reporter, I have been noticing him more over the last couple months. Keep it up!

  2. Why no one ever brings up the flop of Trump University?. He deceived his suscribers. He will deceive his voters the same way. On top of that free speech will go down the toilet if he would ever be elected.

  3. I really hope that Trump is not elected, though I do believe that it might be a good thing that he his nominated, since I feel as though many people would band to vote against Trump, rather than for any democratic nominee. And if that’s what it takes to get either Bernie or Hilary into office, then so be it. And though I do feel as though Hilary has the experience to make a good leader and would love to have a woman in the white house, a decision that in itself would be progressive for America, she seems to be showing herself more and more to be a political corporate pawn willing to lie to the nation when he deems it necessary and shows signs of really being a more moderate republican than a progressive democrat. So though Sanders has the typical older white christian male countenance, he is constantly showing that he does in fact represent a progressive democratic agenda. His pro. dem. fundamentalism is ultimately is more important than Hilary’s pro. dem. superficiality.

Honestly though (and don’t tell my lib. friends about this) I like Jeb Bush as a front runner. I really like what he did in Florida as governor concerning public libraries and child education; two things that are certainly far too neglected in this country. You change the way people learn and expand their ability to do so you ultimately create a basis of future voters than are smarter and more capable of picking a leader that is intelligent, tolerant, culturally progressive, economically fiscal, and able to meet the increasingly tedious demands of being POTUS. Good habits start when you are young and Jeb has shown that he is (praise Allah or Krishna or whoever) not his brother. I think i was just beginning high school when NO CHILD LEFT BEHIND was implemented and it was one of the worst follies the government has burdened the educational system with. But that’s a topic for another forum. Jeb just needs some confidence as he is a bit lackluster. And that lackluster won’t fly when dealing with the likes of Putin, Netanyahu, Erdogan, the Saudi’s, ISIS, etc…Jeb you’ve got to get Metal if you want to get ahead.

I loved when Jeb said to Trump “you can’t insult you’re way to the white house”. Keep it comin’ Mr. Bush.

  4. How can he even run for president. The guy knows what the people who pay for him tell him. He attacks people based on appearance and never adresses major issues that actually effect society, when he does he is on the side that makes him richer.

  5. I have a saying “A primitive society eliminates threats, a sophisticated society tolerates threats, and a cynical society overcomes threats” the implications of this comment could be interesting.

I have no idea about the complexity of modern law, but in theory I’d expect an Egalitarian Constitution would be a point of reference that legislation would need to conform to under substantial scrutiny. The official measure of power in society would need to be that each citizen is a political unit, no more or less regardless of their status, but influence measured entirely by standing to scrutiny under process.

In the broader society currency is the key strategic driving force for action, it is simple and effective, it appeals to pretty much all citizens both for basic requirements and rewards in surplus of living cost. As such it is vital but also precarious, as such a core influence it cannot only drive action but extort its own better interests in exchange for its services, meaning people who have money to invest in a project can decide to withhold investment if they cannot secure a return to their liking. That opens up a legal quagmire.

In my understanding of Corporate Principle, there are three key terms of contract, Rights, Responsibility, and Protections. Rights referring to Freedoms and Privileges, Responsibility referring to Duty of the strong to compensate for the requirements of all that fall under the agreement, and Protections referring to prevention of exploitation of the vulnerable that fall under the agreement. In essence Sovereignty is the Corporate Umbrella mechanism, with citizens and organisations being Subsidiary subject to appropriate coordination.

All this seems like fairly straightforward guidelines to govern and legislate by, if you want Rights or Protections you are obligated by terms to Responsibility, if that contract is not signed you can remain autonomous as a Foreign body but devoid of all Rights, Privileges and Protections the Civil agreement offers, which both options have significant advantages and disadvantages.

These days we have advanced communications technology, albeit we are in our infancy when it comes to understanding its full applications and implications, it does mean large scale democratic participation in political process is now available at the convenience of citizens at their opportunity or leisure, but process of substantial scrutiny very much still needs to apply. In fact the more citizens, amateur, academic, professional or organised, theoretically the more valid scrutiny will exist, the issue of bridging intended meaning in communication attempts is important to recognise when amateurs and experts interact in discourse.

Aside from that democratic potential, a valid Republic will still be necessary, in an Administrative capacity to legislate and apply democratic policy, but also to exist in a Decisive capacity on issues that cannot afford the time or transparency of democratic process. Representative Democracy is now a lot less practical because of advanced communications technology, public scrutiny is too intense for it to really get anything done, but a more traditional Republic is now far more practical for the same reason, they cannot avoid public scrutiny.

What the public should do is elect a number of Watchdog authorities over the system, independent roaming investigative commissions, or State and Federal Sheriffs as I’d call them, all duty bound to the Egalitarian Constitution as Public Service Representatives of We the People, to keep any and all influences from adversely validating policy or decisions that otherwise are not to process or Constitutional standards.

I would like to review law and system process to see if I can identify flaws or loopholes but ultimately an entire systematic overhaul as I have suggested would be a better place to start. In time legislation and reform can actually cumulatively erode or bypass Constitutional standards, that is the danger of having a bulk of law, you still need to refer to the foundations to find the original intended spirit of the principle of law otherwise you can lose your way, lose touch with purpose.

When you look at evolutionary principle, it is all about the pressures of circumstances forging adaption, it is a trial and error process over time that largely has dead end mutations but the occasional success that proves advantageous to survival. In essence this means pressures are good because they drive adaption and growth, the more functions to account for variables is a strength, but the risk exists in confusing the appropriate application of functions if there is no awareness of their constraints that they evolved specifically for.

This is important to know because the same principle applies well beyond biology, in fact it can apply to just about anything I can think of, law, power, technology, cosmology, chemistry, etc. only the complexity of the relationships is different. As humans we are a social species so all things need to be in that context, as much as people may be tempted to consider themselves an exception to that reality by way of their resources. In fact people who are strong are vital to the species, we couldn’t let them defy nature if they wanted to.

But having said that, adaption to circumstances is not the end game, overcoming circumstances is, adaption is just process towards that goal. When all citizens, especially on a global scale, have circumstances removed, their ability to attain something close to their true potential can be realised, and that will largely be a good thing as long as the society they exist in is Just.

  6. America has many problems. The chiefest of these problems is the inability to work together on anything because we would rather focus on what defines each party instead of what common ground there is to build on. I am extremely upset that the United States has been locked into a Two Party system. You have two choices and it’s either GOP or DNC. Change will truly happen when a Real 3rd party is established. I envision this party focusing on Healing wounds inflicted by the parties on their own causes that discredits them, and the wounds inflicted by the other. It’s a very common reaction to try and over-simplify a complex issue, but in the process if any of that is misleading or not all-inclusive of FACTS. No one wins except the person driving the agenda.
