Athletes are accustomed to signing mega contracts and receiving what seems to be an incomprehensible amount of money overnight. With the likes of Instagram and Twitter we regularly see what they purchase with their millions. Mike Tyson once bought an all gold sculpture of his face, Floyd Mayweather recently bought the most expensive car in the world for $4.8 million and Cristiano Ronaldo bought his agent a Greek Island! We wonder if they will ever regret buying these items, or islands, if they happen to go broke like some of the athletes end up doing.
