The Premier League’s second week of action was packed with upsets, headlines and impressive showings from around England. Chelsea fell to Manchester City 3-0 as Sergio Aguero, Vincent Kompany and the whole of Manuel Pelliegrini’s squad sent a statement to the rest of the Premier League that they will be contending for the top spot at years end. Giroud flashed a brilliant goal for Arsenal and Liverpool won a controversial Monday Night Football match again Bournemouth on the spikes of Benteke.
