Despite being convicted and imprisoned several times, one man has a hard time stopping his very very dirty habit of cutting, fondling and also ejaculating onto women’s hair. Now the man in question here is Jared Weston Walter recently he got caught doing more of the same.

A 28-year-old man who long has struggled to control his urge to glue, cut, spit or ejaculate into the hair of unsuspecting women was sentenced Tuesday to another 1½ years in jail.

Multnomah County Circuit Judge Stephen Bushong sentenced Jared Weston Walter for violating the terms of his probation in connection with a December 2014 incident in Oregon City, where Walter cut a woman’s hair as she waited in line at a Dollar Tree store.

A Clackamas County judge had sentenced Walter to six months in jail for the actual crime. Bushong tacked on the 1½-year sentence — the maximum for the probation violation — after Walter completed his jail sentence.
