“The legendary Batman foe the Joker made his first ever comic book appearance on April 25, 1940.
To celebrate the 75th anniversary of DC Comics’ greatest villain, Suicide Squad director David Ayer offered up the first real look at actor/musician Jared Leto in the Joker role for the upcoming blockbuster film.
In addition to the Joker’s trademark green hair and red lips, Ayer’s version of the villain also features blackened teeth, dozens of “HAHA” tattoos across his body and ink on Joker’s forehead that reads “Damaged.””
