A battle marked by suicide attacks, car bombs and urban warfare waged in the town of Tikrit as Iraqi forces clashed with ISIS fighters. The car bombs turned out to be the largest problem in the town that was originally the hometown of Suddam Hussein. More than twenty-five thousand Iraqi troops continued to besiege the city on Tuesday.”
