A Department of Justice investigation into the Ferguson Missouri Police Department found an unbelievable culture of racism. Authorities were financially motivated against blacks, and also sent racist emails to one another. One judge was even caught fixing tickets for his friends, while also creating unconstitutional fines that kept members of black community either in debt or in jail.
