Schoolmates of “dancing man” internet sensation Sean O’Brien said they were stunned to see him taking centre stage in an internet campaign against body-shaming bullies.
Twitter users started a campaign to track down Mr O’Brien after photos of him dancing were posted online with the cruel caption “Spotted this specimen trying to dance the other week.
“He stopped when he saw us laughing.”
California-based writer Cassandra Fairbanks embarked on a mission to find the Merseysider, who now lives in London, with the aim of throwing him a “VIP dance party”.
He accepted the invitation by launching his own Twitter account, @Dancingmanfound”
