A Minnesota man named Joseph Burrell was charged with two felony counts of drug possession after police found a bag in his car containing a powder they thought was amphetamines during a routine traffic stop. Burrell was thrown in jail where he stayed for three months until the powder was tested by a lab and charges were dropped after they found the powder to contain legal vitamins.
