She and Jay Z are being sued for sampling a song. We play the song they allegedly sampled – do you think they did anything wrong?

Hungarian folk artist Mitsou is claiming that Beyonce and Timbaland sampled a bit from her song “Bajba, Bajba Pelem”, and used it throughout the hit song “Drunk In Love”. Now she was 29% credit for the song. Davey Havok of AFI joins Pop Trigger to discuss whether her claims are true, and if Beyonce did anything wrong.
