Stephen Hawking warned that artificial intelligence could end mankind, in an interview with BBC correspondent Rory Cellan-Jones. The opinion came after the physicist detailed some of the concerns he felt after using a computer to help him communicate that was designed to predict what he would say and he went on to voice concerns over the implications of intelligent machines.
