Winter is coming amidst a humanitarian crisis due to conflict in Iraq and Syria. The UN refugee agency has said that a lack of funding and a rise in internal displacement could leave up to one million Syrians and Iraqis without proper help as winter approaches. The U.S. is being accused of creating the displacement and then neglecting those affected by it, but with the situation only appearing to get more dire in the foreseeable future what will be done?
