The NFL is asking music acts to pay to play at the Super Bowl halftime show this year, with Coldplay, Rihanna, and Katy Perry reportedly tapped to perform at a price. The idea is that the artists are gaining more than the NFL by promoting their upcoming tours and albums with the performance.
