The open chat in multiplayer gaming is legendary for being crowded with racist teenagers and rude idiots. League of Legends struggles to this day with its troll problem. But somehow, has the trolly-chat problem gotten at least somewhat better than it had been? What changes made by game developers (and to some extent, users)
