Universal announced that they’re kicking off a new cinematic universe starring such monsters as Frankenstein’s Monster, the Wolf man, and Dracula. It’s all kicking off with “Universal’s Mummy: The First Monster.” Ring any bells about another famed cinematic universe? It’s being written by Alex Kurtzman and Chris Morgan, both of whom have pretty solid film-writing reputations.
