“Mexico City native Oscar Aguilar was apparently fond of taking selfies with cool, tough-guy things (motorcycles, hot women, etc.), but his macho selfies turned deadly after he accidentally shot himself in the head while posing for a gun selfie.
Aguilar was apparently drinking with two of his friends when he attempted to take a selfie with said gun, not realizing that the gun was loaded.
“‘I heard a gunshot, and then I heard somebody screaming and realized somebody had been hurt. I called the police straight away and when they arrived they found that he was still alive,” a neighbor told local media. He was still alive when EMTs arrived, but died in the ambulance en route to a hospital.”* The Young Turks host Cenk Uygur breaks it down.

You should be happy to know that a great many higher-ups in the Norwegian church, including bishops, are supporting a Palestinian christian women’s group’s appeal.
