“A Texas woman who pleaded guilty to criminally negligent homicide for a 2004 car crash that killed her fiancé is suing General Motors because the car she was driving had a faulty ignition switch.

Candice Anderson has lived for 10 years with the guilt that she was behind the wheel of the Saturn coup, and now she is blaming GM in a suit seeking damages and to overturn her felony conviction.

She is also asking a federal judge in Tyler to set aside a $75,000 settlement in the case.”*
