It’s a shame a bill like this even has to be proposed, drugs do hold a grim grip over peoples lives. I would expect to be arrested being caught using drugs but just for being pregnant I’m looking at automatic possibility of being jailed for using, unless substance abuse treatment? I hardly agree – and who pays for this substance abuse treatment, cause expect Tennessee jails making room for pregnant women based on financial restraints.
