“A Bay Area father has requested and been granted a restraining order against a 9-year-old boy who has been bullying his son, according to 5WPIX.
The father, Stephen Feudner, requested the restraining order after the administrators at Rolling Hills Elementary in Fairfield, Ca., refused to stop the verbal and physical assaults against his son.

I commend the Father for giving the “system” due process.
Its the right thing to do…
However, when due process does not work, people need to find the courage to do what their convictions inspire and demand …
Such as in the case of Rosa Parks in Montgomery Alabama….and countless others who follow….
These are America’s “true heroes”….those who have the courage to exercise and test the limits of free speech and the right of protest….guaranteed to us all in the U.S. constitution….
I would go “nuclear” too!
Sad, it came to the father having to take action instead of the school.
