The Austin Institute released a video where they try to explain why people get married later in life. In my response to them, I critique the simplicity of their argument, as well as the notion that the birth control pill “shocked” our culture into having casual and meaningless sex. Do their assumptions about gender and sex add up? Take a look and judge for yourself.
