Segment 1

Cenk hosting.  Michael Dunn has been found guilty of attempted murder on the Black kids he didn’t kill while shooting into their car for playing loud music.  On the count of murder of the kid he did kill, the jury was hung.  Stand your ground was evoked even though Dunn admitted to his fiance that he never believed to see a weapon on the victims.  Dunn told his lawyer that he was in disbelief over the fact that he may do 20 years over the attempted murder charges.  Don Lemon was visibly upset on his CNN show over the verdict as well, he spoke about why he is “pissed.”  In response to Lemon’s sentiments, Gregg Jarrett went off on Twitter, calling Lemon arrogant, pompous, pretentious, and biased in his anchor responsibilities.  Missouri passed a law that doesn’t make background checks on handguns mandatory back in 2007.  Since then, the state’s gun deaths has gone up about 60 in each year.

Segment 2

The climate change debate continues as Sec of State John Kerry spoke openly about how willfully ignorant the deniers are.  Videos of Meet the Press debate between Bill Nye and Rep Marsha Blackburn over the issue of climate change.  Cenk doesn’t agree with MSNBC’s plan to have this debate in the first place.  Blackburn’s top donors are among the oil and gas industry, a point that wasn’t brought up on the show.  Video of the Fox News Sunday panel denying climate change.  The UN Human Rights Council came out with their report on the N. Korea human rights violations.  They deemed the results as crimes against humanity.  Their report went on to point out how China continues to provide cover for N. Korea.

Segment 3

A study out about the cost of wars in Iraq and Afghanistan has revealed that it will cost $4-6 trillion.  The cost of the interest on this debt was more than what these warmongers predicted for the total cost.
