The New America Foundation has released a report noting that for all the talk of the National Security Agency’s metadata collection program as a critical tool in the fight against terror, the evidence suggests that the program has provided VIRTUALLY NO help in stopping any of the 200+ individuals who have been accused of plotting terrorist attacks against the United States.
