At this point, is there anyone who does not know the risks of drinking and driving? So, if you go out drinking, without a plan to get home without driving, are you not committing murder? 2nd degree maybe, you didn’t mean to kill “those” people, but clearly you didn’t care if you killed someone. we have to start making DWI a harsher penalty. And if you cause an accident and hurt or kill someone… 20 years. 25 to life.
