MPAA Wants to Teach Anti-Piracy to 6-Year Olds in School

Anti-piracy lobbyists have a new plan to protect their clients’ money- push anti-piracy curriculum on school children from kindergarten through 6th grade! Is there really room to teach kids the “evils of filesharing” in already-crammed curriculums? Is the (almost certainly biased toward movie studios and music labels) lesson more important than cut programming for the arts? The Center for Copyright Information certainly seems to think so, and is pushing their program for use in California schools. Kim Horcher and Tim Frisch discuss.
