Ana Kasparian joins Cenk for the second hour. A 19 year old Detroit woman was shot in the back of the head while seeking help after a car accident. The details of the killing are still in doubt. It is also uncertain whether the murder was racially motivated. After the outrageous racial profiling incident of Trayon Christian being detained while trying to buy a $350 belt on suspicions of not being able to afford the merchandise, former Barney employees are coming forward with numerous examples of similar occurrences which suggest a consistent profiling culture at the department store.

Cenk reads #TYTLive tweets. Michael Robertson of Massachusetts believes it is his constitutional right to take upskirt photos of women in public. Mr. Robertson’s attorney, ironically a woman, dubiously argues that “peeping tom” laws do not protect clothed individuals in public because there is no expectation of privacy. A subway rider let a passenger next to him  sleep on his shoulder for nearly 20 minutes after the man passed out from exhaustion. Ethan Hawke makes a case against monogamy. ABC News Anchor Elizabeth Vargas has checked in to rehab for treatment of alcoholism. A Texas couple have a cake shaped and decorated to realistically resemble bloody severed heads for their wedding.
