Romney’s new attacks on welfare sound a lot like racist comments from Reagan, Limbaugh
Mitt Romney’s new ad attacking President Obama’s plan “to gut welfare reform” sounds a lot like attacks on poor Americans from other conservatives from President Reagan to Rush Limbaugh. “It’s not like Ronald Reagan didn’t know the racial context,” Cenk says.
Democratic strategist Mudcat Saunders: ‘This is the new age of economic populism’
Cenk talks to Mudcat Saunders, the longtime Democratic strategist now working for Virginia’s  Wayne Powell (running against Rep. Eric Cantor), about the culture of corruption on Wall Street and in Washington. Saunders says, “Every 100 years or so it gets to this… Since the dawn of time, the big son of a bitch has kicked the little son of a bitch’s butt, and that’s the way it’s always been… I think the time has come right now [to stand up]. This is the new age of economic populism.”

  1. I love your show but please get facts right. There are not 150 million people on welfare. The figure is 15 million.
