Segment 2

When he was busted, he claimed that he took all that stuff because he was looking to defend himself from an attack from a bad guy. Texas executed a mentally retarded man, ignoring the fact that he easily qualified as being mentally incapable of being put to death. Their standard is based on the fictional character, Lenny from Of Mice and Men.

A racist man in Florida shot and killed his Black neighbor after he complained about his racist rants to the kids around. When the cops came to get him, he said, “I only shot a nigger.” Police in Washington are being criticized for tazing a deaf woman that called them to her house for help. They then arrested her and turned her from the victim to the bad guy so that they can cover their asses. Randy Travis has been arrested for DWI and was naked at the time. He threatened to kill the state troopers in his tirade. Cenk’s conclusion that its fun to be drunk like this. Cenk tells the story of failing his driving test and his mother still allowing him to drive home where he saw another man masturbating while driving.
