True Detective, season 2, episode 3 is reviewed. The mystery is solved: Ray lives. Viewers are mixed on this outcome, but nonetheless, he continues to be a central part of the show. Bezzerides and Woodrugh investigate Mayor Chessani’s possible connection to Caspere’s death by going to his home, and make an interesting discovery. Semyon proves who he is, and to some extent, so does the actor playing him, Vince Vaughn.
