  1. It’s almost as if, going hermitic, is a form of revolt; esp if enough of society did it. Today, we have the tech available, to live hermitically, with all or most of the same fruits; as if we were engaged in society.

    After 3d printers, put damn near universal manufactuirng plants, in each of our houses; similar to how the web, has crammed libraries into electronic boxes, on our desks(along with finding ways to generate energy)…well we could break from corporate hold.

    I think of us as being a bunch of interconneted hermits(oxymoron?) lol.
