A carriage horse broke free and galloped through the streets of New York City until police finally cornered it and returned it to its trainer. A heated debate over whether or not horse drawn carriages should be banned in the city has begun, with Liam Neeson and Mayor Bill de Blasio chiming in for and against the handsome cabs. Animal rights groups think that the tradition is cruel and inhumane and want to replace the horses with electric buggies, while actor Liam Neeson and the drivers of the horse carriages want to preserve the tradition. We look at video of the incident and discuss both sides of the argument, in this Lip News clip with Leslie Durso.
