“Bill O’Reilly is siding with Bill Maher in his tussle with Ben Affleck over radical Islam, saying that the actor would be “beheaded in a heartbeat” by jihadists.
“Maher is correct on the overall effect Islam is having on the world right now,” O’Reilly said Monday on his show “The O’Reilly Factor.” “Militant Islam continues to drive worldwide terrorism.”
The Fox host added, “Ben Affleck should well understand that he himself would be beheaded in a heartbeat by these ISIS animals.”

The problem with Islam in too many Muslim-majority nations is that they’ve been infested with a substantially large vocal minority of violent fundamentalist extremists. This is not all Muslims, not even a majority of Muslims, must get that nuance correct, but there are enough that it is giving the rest of the world a problem, and airing out that problem to try to seek possible solutions is not bigotry.
