“The multimillionaire who was caught on camera abusing a puppy is being replaced as CEO of Centerplate.
Desmond Hague has managed the Connecticut-based multibillion-dollar sports catering company since 2009.
Last month, the Global News obtained surveillance footage of Hague in a Vancouver elevator kicking Sade, a 1-year-old Doberman Pinscher, and violently dragging her around by her leash.”

First off, good points by both sides on the issue. My problem with people that are cruel to animals is what it means in the underlying psyche of that person. To me it shows a narcissistic, opportunistic, and predatorial mentality of a person that given the chance will use something smaller human or animal for any of their needs whether it to take out there anger on someone who wont fight back or other needs.
I don’t care for those dog people either but the saying we should have a comparison contest of all the worlds evils in order is a non-starter for me since it leads to a half measure argument like why should we care about one thing when this is more important when you could easily do both.
See the thing is these people gave a shit enough to complain, petition, and move to get this guy fired. For all my disgust of the NFL for letting this guy knock out his girlfriend, Cenk nor I mobilized a movement to ban this man for life. I feel the same way with the comments on women abuse PSAs or studies. There is always someone complaining about it not being inclusive to male abuse. With that I say people don’t have to mold the things their ready to fight for to include something that will get you off your ass enough to care about it. Stopping a dog from being hurt or a woman are both concurrently possible without feeling to 1up the order of shittiness.
Dont get me wrong it is hard not to do that. I recall Princess Diana dying and the news it got while 10k people were slaughter in a church in a third world country seeking sanctuary from genocide. I went along the same thought process for years on end after that but then I realized that I didn’t get up and make a sign and stand in front of the UN so who am I to say they cant have a vigil for some pop culture icon when they actually took the time to do it.
Sorry for the typos, had I known you can’t edit after the fact, I would have proof read it then or learned how to type at the very least.
CEO is the #1 job that Psychopaths gravitate towards.
Cruelty to animals is one of the leading signs that one is a psychopath.
Don’t feel bad for him, he doesn’t feel bad. Or many emotions, atleast as vividly as the rest.
im with you Cenk or at least to a point. I REALLY dislike dog people, or more accurately, people that are anthropomorphic. HOWEVER, if this a$$hole is treating a dog like this, AND he is a CEO, you KNOW he is treating people under him the same way if someone pisses him off.
