Pugedon, a Turkish recycling machine, is providing food for stray dogs and cats after people submit bottles into it. The street kiosks are being heralded for helping feed the 150,000 stray dogs in Istanbul, plus untold amounts of cats that are starving in the city that spans both Europe and Asia.
