During an episode of the risque reality show “Dating Naked” that aired on July 31, featured naked dater Jessie Nizewitz claims the cable network aired uncensored footage of her privates.

Now she’s filing a lawsuit against the show for $10 million, and as you can see in the photo of the alleged editing error, she might have a good case.

  1. So her privates get shown when she was promised they weren’t? Of course they’re at fault and she deserves compensation. In what world would it not be okay to compensate her? A world that people doing risque things don’t have the same treatment as people who don’t?

  2. Well now………I agree that they did somewhat guarantee her some sense of privacy
    But should she be compensated to the tune of $10 mil…….not quite sure about that!

    I wonder what she’s getting paid to even do the show? That for me would determine what her legal $$$$$ compensation should be…….if any!

    The terms and conditions were, all “parts” will be pixelated. and because they were NOT, yes, i think she should get something.
    What does the average college girl get in a single shot for Payboy might be a good bar to consider.
    But 10 million?? absolutleyNOfreakinway.

  4. She should be laughed out of the courtroom for this frivolous lawsuit.
    She appears on a show, and because there’s one glitch she cries fowl.
    It proves our society has become most Ignorant thanks to shows such as these.
