The ISIS terror group is known for using social media to issue threats from all over the world, but Aliaa Magda Elmahdy, a 23 year old well known Egyptian social activist, has raised the stakes.
Using the Islamic State’s own social media tactics against them, she posted a pretty graphic photo to Facebook. Watch the video to see the photo.
