If you watched E3 coverage, you no doubt know all about No Man’s Sky, from Hello Games. It promises the infinite, endless, procedural, dynamic exploration in world unknown to other players and maybe even the developers themselves! It looked fantastic, but, is it being oversold? Will this game fall under the trope of a fantastic, original game trailer followed by a formulaic game? Are we used to the glossy, false veneer of certain game trailers?
