“Nevada police have released surveillance footage showing the final moments of the couple, the suspects in a weekend shooting spree that left two Las Vegas police officers and a civilian dead.
The grainy footage shows the couple, guns drawn, laying on the floor in an aisle at Walmart during a shootout with police Sunday morning.
The surveillance video itself does not have sound, but an officer can be heard narrating the couple’s movements.”* The Young Turks host Cenk Uygur breaks it down.

They sound like they are part of the Sovereign Citizen” movement. Might be worth doing research on, Sovereign Citizen’s are a loose knit group of people following an ideology that believe that the current government has no power over them, and that they have immunity to any and all laws excluding what is explicitly stated in the constitution. They tend to be heavy anarchists, and as I recall there were several attacks on various police forces in the United States perpetrated by members of the Sovereign Citizens. I don’t think they are particularly organized, but they have done some stuff in recent years.
