“The Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office said Wednesday it will not file a case against an Encino rideshare driver who was arrested Monday on accusations that he had kidnapped a woman and taken her to a motel.
Frederick Dencer, 32, was released from jail Wednesday afternoon after prosecutors said the alleged victim was unavailable. Dencer, who has no prior arrests, was originally booked into jail on suspicion of kidnap for the purpose of sexual assault. He was being held on $1 million bail.
The LAPD Mission District received a call at 6 a.m. Monday morning from a 26-year-old local woman at a 7-Eleven store in Panorama City.”* The Young Turks hosts Cenk Uygur and Ana Kasparian break it down.
