Scientists no – politicians yes. This isn’t coming from scientists. It’s coming from people trying to take a control sample of data and eschew the results to push an agenda. The real issue here is not that weed is good or bad for you, its that individual citizens do what they’re told and corporations have open doors to do whatever they please – no matter who it kills.
i know this is anecdotal but i found that as a teenagers all my friends who smoked a huge amount of weed started losing their facial expressions. all the time not just when they were high. i dont think they got dumber but they did become less responsive.
I don’t understand how this marijuana study can be accurate with such a small amount of people. I am certain that our chemically processed food has a greater impact with brain function than marijuana. It is proven that GMO food and fluoridated water are more toxic to the endocrine system than many drugs (hence the dramatic increase in cancer and gastrointestinal related diseases within the past 25 years.) I have been using marijuana for nearly 12 years and have only developed intellectually, and spiritually. I graduated from high school at the top of my Automotive Technology class and was even selected to represent my school for the Student Legislation of Western NY. I also received Perfect Attendance and Honor Roll 16/18 months while attending Ohio Technical College in the Auto-Diesel program. I am currently attending Full Sail University in the Game Art program, am a member of the US Army Reserve, and maintain a job. I am a participating activist and not only attend many protests, but continuously write to my state representatives in an attempt to push improvement. Let me reiterate, I’ve been smoking weed since I was 12 years old and I am now 23. Last I checked, the previously listed accomplishments take motivation and proper brain function. I feel like modern scientists are destroying our perceptions of reality with either their ignorance or greed.
