Okay you youngins reporting on this. A few decades ago, in this mans hayday the cops used to have you walk back to their car. The old guy probably hasn’t had any training in the more modern methods necessary to protect oneself from new era hyper aggressive style of policing. He was doing what he thought he was supposed to do.
Yes you might want to change your headline the elderly man is expected to survive, and is answering questions about the indecent.
It is unclear whether the deputy ran the plates if he did he would have known he was facing a elderly handicapped man with a hearing lose.
I do not blame the deputy but this should serve as a warning to the public stay in your car when pulled over, and to the police please run the plates so you can have an idea of who you are dealing with, for your protection as well as the public’s.
Yeah, what Snoopy said. Saying he was killed is terrible and needs to be corrected.
