Ralph Nader is out with a new memo outlining 20 “modestly enlightened rich people” (a.k.a. MERPs) who could run for president and shake up the two-party system.

Nader suggests that billionaires should run for President, ranging from Oprah Winfrey and Bill Gates to hedge fund founders and CEO’s.

Is the only way to get the money out of politics is to elect a billionaire?
