The Cleveland Indians historical mascot “Chief Wahoo” may be no more this upcoming season. Wahoo has been in place since the 1940s, but with pressure from the Native American community and the ignorance Washington Redskins owner Daniel Snyder has implored on this issue, the MLB team from Cleveland is taking a stance. The new primary logo will be a “C” that will be donned on caps and jerseys. The only place Chief Wahoo can be seen is on the Cleveland Indians website.
