Ben hosting today. An execution gone wrong in Ohio. Dennis McGuirre was executed by lethal injection earlier this week, using a new concoction of drugs. Unfortunately, the drugs seemingly caused McGuirre agony and terror, and a medical term known as “air hunger” about 5 minutes into the execution. He was seen convulsing, gasping for air and making loud snorting noises, and it took him almost 15 minutes until he died. The reason new drugs were being used is because the European pharmaceutical company that provided the old drugs refuses to provide them anymore because they are against the death penalty. Obama may be willing to issue an executive order to raise the minimum wage to $10.10 an hour. A bipartisan group of lawmakers introduced legislation that would restore protections in the Voting Rights Act that were struck down by the Supreme Court last year.

Benghazi Senate Report is released, with blame falling on Hillary Clinton. Clips of Lindsey Graham talking about the matter. During a panel at Heritage Foundation event, Louie Gohmert said that judges legalizing gay marriage need plumbing lessons, because a penis belongs in a vagina. Republican Tim Donnelly, who is running for governor in CA, wants a gun in every safe, and puts up a goofy campaign ad.
