Roger Goodell and the NFL may be evolving for the better of humanity; in some areas. Under the current CBA (Collective Bargaining Agreement) players in the National Football League are not allowed to smoke marijuana, though it is now legal in the states of Colorado and Washington. Goodell’s response to a question on this subject appeared open-minded and willing to change on the surface. The rules however, are still in place.
