“Anderson Cooper used his “RidicuList” segment on last night’s AC360 Later to look back at a report that CNN’s Randi Kaye delivered on Friday from Colorado. After Kaye spent most of the day driving around in a marijuana smoke-filled limousine, she joined Cooper live via satellite and admitted she may have developed a bit of a “contact high.” But is that all it was?

Kaye told Cooper she did “extensive research” in the back of the limo, started forgetting the questions she wanted to ask and found things unusually funny. “I think I need to come home,” she said to Cooper at the end of her report.

“Just to be clear, I’m not taking pot shots at Randi Kaye,” Cooper said at the end of his Tuesday night segment. “It’s just that many of us in the newsroom thought that this was pretty much the greatest live hit that was ever on the program.””* The Young Turks hosts Cenk Uygur and Ana Kasparian break it down.
