Dennis Rodman apologized Thursday for his incoherent, drunken rant that implied American missionary Kenneth Bae deserved to be held captive in North Korea’s brutal prison.

“I want to apologize,” Rodman said a day after singing “Happy Birthday” to his “best friend,” dictator Kim Jong Un, for an exhibition basketball game featuring former NBA stars and North Korean players.”* The Young Turks hosts Ana Kasparian and John Iadarola breaks it down.
