Cenk hosting today.  Dispute over the Polar Vortex that is being blamed for the icy cold weather that is passing through the country.  Audio of Rush Limbaugh claiming that this term is newly made up by the liberal media to scare people into believing in Global Warming.  Video of Pat Robertson railing on the hoax of Global Warming.  Video of Al Roker proving the doubters wrong over the Polar Vortex language.  In addition, Robertson’s 700 Club did a piece on how a man was healed through the prayer of the show, without their knowledge.  Gov Chris Christie is in a bit of trouble because his top aides in his cabinet closed down a few lanes of the George Washington Bridge in order to negatively affect the town of Fort Lee, whose mayor did not support Christie for his reelection.

Robert Gates was the Defense Secretary under both Bush and Obama and just released a book revealing a lot of inside information about the inner workings of both Admins.  Gates really went after Joe Biden, believing that he’s been wrong on every foreign policy decision over the past several decades.  During the current fight over whether or not to extend unemployment benefits, the Republicans are struggling to not pass it or take spending from the American people from somewhere else, while trying to avoid looking like careless assholes.  A GOP memo was sent to House Repubs to give them talking points to use to show compassion for the unemployed so they can pretend to care.  An upcoming book focused on the career of Fox News’ Roger Ailes includes some scathing stories about the head of the Network.  Fox News and other journalists have immediately refuted the facts of the book while admitting to not knowing everything in it.
